Why add us to your email Safe Senders list?

All IT departments are different and spam filters sometimes prevent legitimate email from getting through to you, which is why we strongly recommend you add us (and anyone else you want to receive emails from) to the Safe Senders list in your email programme. This will ensure that any information we send to you via email always get to you safely.

To do this in Microsoft Outlook:

1. Open the email we've sent you
    
2. Click on the Actions menu on the top of your email window
    
3. Choose Junk Email
    
4. Select Add Senders Domain.... to Safe Senders List to add us to your safe sender list
